No option to give ZERO tacos
I have never had this happen with all the deals I have bought - repeated emails to support and to Colin's email with NO response. Appsumo sent an email on my behalf and still nothing. WTH
I purchased this deal 6 weeks ago, redeemed my coupon, logged in and then had to re-boot my computer (not due to MMIO) and when I tried to log back in to the site I was asked to give an access token that I should have received via email. I didn't receive the code, even after many tries, and, therefore, haven't been able to see what I paid for.
Trying to get assistance to get into my account has been met with silence.
I expected an answer from support and or Colin when Appsumo got involved. Crickets.
Disgraceful.

It's unfair to call us that way since we responded to each of your email and solved your issue.
I'm not sure what happened why you did't received our reply - but we also have other channels like our Facebook messenger, or Website chat widget to get in touch with out without having to login.
Apology for this experience - but rest assured - we had been responsive to you
