Pros:
✔️Great platform very easy to use. Obviously a lot of thought went into setting it up and I appreciate that.
✔️Lots of documentation (videos) I was using ManyChat before I found this on Appsumo. The MMIO tutorials are IMO structured a lot better and easier to follow than ManyChat
✔️Nice features, templates, etc..nicely done.

The average 3 Tacos is due to support issues.

Cons:
❌ Support Issues

Support seems to be lacking. When I first activated my account via this Appsumo deal the website informed me that my login info would be sent to my email. After waiting a few hours I sent a support inquiry to support@marketingmaster.io to let them know I could not access my account because login info had not been sent.
After getting no response I decided to try accessing my account using the "forgot password" method. This allowed me to login.

I then sent a follow up email to let support know they could disregard my previous support issue.

Still no response.

The lack of support response makes me a bit nervous. I would hate to have something go wrong with my account and not be able to reach support.

❌ No New Customer Onboarding (More of a personal pet peeve)

I've also noticed there is zero onboarding emails. No welcome emails, follow ups etc... I've had my account since July 22 and have received zero correspondence. For some this may not matter much but it goes a long way for me in terms of long term business.

I left Manychat to try Marketing Master IO. Will give MMIO, a bit longer. At the end of the day, if it doesn't work for me I can always refund and go back to Manychat.

Hopefully that won't be the case.
