Q: I really shouldn't have to ask this question here.
I signed up to your trial and there is no way to contact you within the App.
And the contact page on your main website, isn't a contact page, it's a form to request a demo, I can't actually ask a question.
But anyway...
1. You have almost NO tutorials on how to use the actual tool either within your App or your Youtube channel.
2. You do have a Tutorial Wizard, but I can't get past step 2. Because the domain attached to my business email, ISN'T the same domain as my blog.
How do I change this?
Again, this shouldn't be asked here but I've got no visible alternative.
I can't buy this deal without seeing it in action and I can't do that until this question get's answered.

P.S This has to be one of the most confusing Appsumo deals I've ever seen. It's very difficult to clearly see what you're getting access too and in what quantity.

We are working on improving the automation in the chat bot, but we do have humans behind the scenes answering as many requests as they can as fast as they can.
We are also rolling out some in-app help flows soon, but in the meantime, I hope this helps!
Hi Sumo-ling. I appreciate the feedback. We are definitely way behind in our video game and aim to do better about that this year! Great point about the Contact page too... we can definitely make improvements to that experience.
We do have other resources that will hopefully help in the meantime — all available in the question mark in the top right of the suite. Our Knowledge Base walks through the applications and provides examples and answers FAQs. There is also a MarketMuse Academy for strategic guidance as well as in-app chat and feedback requests.

1. Where is your knowledgebase?
2. Your help centre is literally just a portal to submit a ticket.
3. Where's the academy you're talking about? I don't see it.
4. Your in-app "chat" is a chatbot who just told me it would create a ticket when I typed in "where is your knowledge base"...
Everything just seems to be behind a wall....
You have literally no in-app help besides a tutorial wizard which is pretty rudimentary at best.
