Good deal but still quite limited at 3 codes

3 Codes is great and the software is obviously quite powerful, but overall it still feels like I'm using a demo rather than a full product since so many things are limited.

PROS
- Pretty polished overall
- I've found Optimize and the heatmap to be the handiest - they are great.
- Quite unique I haven't found many other tools that do what it does

CONS
- Credits are one use only
- Queries get used up fast! Real fast. I think you'd need to use at least 10 queries to really nail a blog post (testing against multiple keywords etc.), so it does feel quite limited considering I have 3 codes.
- Documentation isn't the best, but you can watch a few YouTube vids and you'll be fine
- There's a few weird little bugs here and there. Examples:
- Losing the article I was working on in Optimize if I close the tab and come back to it (surely there's a way to save my work (and queries!!!) since it's all linked to my account right?)
- If I format a word in a two-word keyword in italics it suddenly STOPS being picked up in Optimize. For instance, if I type in "Lottery Ticket" (as a recommended keyword) and then change just "Ticket" to italics, it will stop recording that I have that keyword in my article. I haven't tested with bolding, strikethrough, etc, but this is clearly a bug, and quite irritating as I'd like to use formatting right in MarketMuse as I go, without erasing the usefulness of Optimize.

Thanks for the review gibwalker! A couple of things to note:

If you find yourself using more queries than you would like, consider entering those terms in Google first to see if the results match your expectations in terms of the direction you want to take with your article. Not the most efficient but it will save you on queries.

There is documentation at docs.marketmuse.com You can also leave feedback if there’s something missing from our documentation. We’re working on getting more videos as the initial documentation is all text-based.

Losing the article when closing the browser tab while in Optimize. Currently, the only choice is to save your work in an external text editor. But that will be changing soon!

The formatting. Yes, I’ve confirmed that is a bug and submitted a ticket to get that fixed.
