This is my first review on AppSumo because I usually buy the product when I'm confident about it and I never go as far as to raise a refund until it is something unexpected.

First of all, I completely understand your limitation as a Saas business owner because I've my product as well. So, I know we need to be mindful about offerings when we are doing this kind of promotion, and I understand and agree.

But consider one thing this AppSumo community can be a gold mine for a product like yours because as I can understand that you guys want to make your product available to small businesses and individuals as well than listening to these people will make a huge difference because I've been involved with an email service startup which is now doing 13M+ ARR and the only thing that was stopping them was not focusing on individual customers and not catering their small needs.

Here are some points that I'd like to highlight that you should consider.

Point #1

First of all, Please remove that popup message when someone tries to copy something, If you don't want them to copy the content then just don't perform any action but every time having to close that popup is not a good user experience.

Btw, there is one thing to consider that anyways you guys are offering the export feature to people with 3+ code then let me copy if possible because, in the end, it is the same.

Point #2

Please consider the AppSumo community for new features that are related to Applications like Research, Compete, Connect, Optimize, etc. Please don't force paid upgrades in these apps later on.

Point #3

Please consider adding an option to share document link "Optimize" application because having this feature will instantly put make MarketMuse in the first choice when people want to decide between Surfer, Fraise and some other tools as well because they all have this feature and I feel giving this will not only benefit users but this will be one of the main advantages for choosing MM.

Lastly to all the people who think is this deal is worth it or not...for Me yes here is why.

MM is a very powerful and established tool and their technology is more matured when you compare their end output and data quality.

Don't think about credits as for most people it is not useful, In my example, I've bought five code and I've 30 credits and I don't even care about it if MM team allow I would exchange it for getting more queries. because in the end, the most useful and time-saving feature is their topic gap analysis and quality of results.

Lastly, these guys are serious/confident about investing in their product as I was listening to one podcast where one of the founding team members was telling that they have taken debt to invest in this product as I respect this when entrepreneurs are taking such a big risk that means it is "do or die" situation for them and real product and revolution come this way only.
