A: Hi, think of this as an IMPORTRANGE if you were running an importrange against data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads etc. You can also import data from another spreadsheet and save the analysis (the query, not the data itself) as a Hop—Hops are like Excel macros. You can then run the Hops from any spreadsheet and get the same info imported again.

That said, we do not have a live sync, so you will need to run the Hop again whenever you need to see updated data.
