My colleague responded on our in-app chat, but broadly: we do have metrics that can help you identify the sales, refunds, last purchase etc. for each customer. We are adding more metrics over the coming weeks that will allow you to do full-scale RFM analysis (as long as your metrics are tracked on Shopify).
At the moment, you can't connect every data point/metric, but we are adding that in the following weeks. This will also provide you with live imports from Shopify.
Right after that, we will add the option to schedule your imports.
