So I have been really working and studying a lot about analytics as it's going to be the main direction of my web development freelancing. I spoke to the customer support to get a better idea about the app, tried a free account, realised what a gem it was and bought it.

1. When you set your website, you could choose two kinds of technology (lightweight - cookie-less) or with Cookies (use local storage and random unique identifiers - for visitor events, session replay).

2. Setting up is so easy - I use Oxygen Builder on Wordpress. Insert the code on the header, went back to Analyzz, verify code tag is working (in-build verification in the website), and bamm done!

3. Immediately went back to website, try scrolling around, click here and there, went back to Analyzz.

4. BAMM! Session records, replayed the video and was watching exactly how I was using the main page (I set the record to main page only), all the data like browser, location were detected, and pretty accurate. So it works!

I pity those guys who paid hundreds for other tracking that came up a month ago or previously. This is so affordable, it works. I use some tools like this myself like Open Web Analytics (OWA) and Matomo. Matomo self host will cost you an arm and legs for heat maps etc. Monthly subs limited to ~10 websites and $29 per month.
This is for $39 per year, locked price. You will cry if you miss this. It literally has everything you need. very minimal UI, modern looking and fast server. Most services costs quite alot for me and I cannot afford them as a freelancer in a currency that is very low against USD.
This is a game changer for me. I wish they will provide API access for us, I'd like to play around with it.

I hope more will support them, and so they will be encouraged to invest more on plugins for WordPress and other functionalities. Thank you Analyzz for bring us such a great deal.
