Unfortunately though at this time there are no plans to add sub user accounts.
1. Will you be adding key word suggestions? - First time someone has asked. Its really not in line with the goals, but I will consider it.
2. What is your SLA? - Clarify what this is please.

4. Are there any cache including like need to by more add on upgrade tiers etc? - I assume you mean are there any catches, upsells etc... there are not.
5. Will you be making fully whitelabel, custom branding. - Good idea! I will add this to our roadmap.
6. How will this work with team work sub accounts with granular control? - There is no need for a sub account that I can see.
