Why does the system force me to enter a credit card?

If I previously purchased a redemption code, why does the system require me to enter a payment method to activate it?

Why does support take so long to respond?

Why don't they provide technical support when they respond?

Is this the kind of support that users who purchase the campaign can expect?

I am just checking out some of your newer features, which I guess original supporters do not get to benefit from, but you actually took away a feature that you had provided, and I'm a bit upset by it since I use this in business.
