Q: Who is your target customer?

User feedback and feature requests are useful for small web developer agencies for internal client-developer communication, but for larger companies these are useless. For larger traffic sites/apps social sharing is much more important, as it generates traffic to website/app. Getting smiley faces instead of a tweets or FB shares is not helpful.

Feature requests from users who are not familiar with the product's roadmap is useless too, and there will be many duplicates. I'd rather redirect my users to a kanban-style board with a roadmap where they can upvote existing feature requests and submit new ones. (Do not develop a new product roadmap tool, there are plenty of them!)

Where I see strengths and opportunities for your product:
- Internal feature and design reviews with commented screenshots and video recordings. Must have for a productive work-from-home environment.
- Having screenshots, videos, network requests, and backend logs attached to a bug report. It can save a tremendous amount of time.

Here is a section from your roadmap:

"Enterprise Software

This one goes out to all of you working in or with an industrial company also wanting to streamline your bug reporting process. With our native SDKs we are bringing the next generation of bug reporting to bigger enterprises."

Could you share more about enterprise-related plans?

A: Thanks for your message and sorry again for the late reply.

Our core focus is def. making the life of developers easier as this is also the background where we come from (all co founders are developers). The user feedback in general is something that some users requested and was pretty smooth to add as well, so for smaller businesses this is def. something useful, so they don't need yet another tool for this :)

Regarding the enterprise SDK: One of our investors is a bigger industry company. We are collaborating with them to create SDKs for C# & Java and bring Bugbattle to the enterprise software development sector as well :)

Best regards,
Lukas
