Astonishingly easy and complete tool

You often read the creators saying their tool is easy to set-up, to use and to get results with. But these guys don't, even if it is the case.

You often hear that there are multiple options for systems, CMS etc. and then find out it is far from the truth. Here they partially show this on an image in their slideshow above but don't explain the extent of it anywhere (see list below).

You often hear we have integrations with lots of relevant systems and then you find out that most are WIP or planned, again see the fully available integration list below!

The tool not only provides a way to quickly monitor and track many key details related to a bug but also allows users to provide general feedback (text message and NPS-ish), simple feature request alongside the bug reporting feature. Again nice surprise!

The only problem I have is being frustrated they are completely underselling themselves and the system they have created, more of a 'me' problem then a 'them' problem but hey, it should hopefully incite you to have a look at this. Well, that and I would like to restrict widget access to Admins and not Editors in WP or at least have that selective option.

I bought another bug system on here and even though it seemed interesting; I found BugBattle far more mature and well rounded. Probably more Dev oriented. They are different in the way they work, the functionalities and feedback loop mechanisms and I had a distinct preference for this one. For a new system this is surprisingly well structured, with nice simple UX/UI, a good automated onboarding intro with the enthusiastic intro videos from Lukas, I'm impressed.

The support, when I came across an edge case issue, was swift and professional. The issue is already being looked into as we speak.

Is there room for improvement? Probably, just one issue in a very edgy context. Are there functionalities missing? Maybe. But with what they have so far and given they have just started, I think these guys are a good bet :)
