Q: I full stacked 7 codes and cannot redeem any of them and getting zero response from supoort!

Q: What is the best way to reach your support desk?

I can't see anything within CardApp to reach you.

I'm getting error messages when trying to send cards either uploading a csv file or sending them individually.

A: Yes you can invite your clients to your workspace and they can schedule a card out.

A: Hey,

So there has not been a lot of activity on the roadmap as we are working on a very big release coming out in 2 weeks, with new UI, workspaces, team members, custom email accounts to send cards, schedule to multiple recipients at once, and white-label.

All hands are on deck with this update and I am sure it will be all worth it for our amazing customers.
