With over a decade of experience in client relations and customer care operations for 7 successful businesses, today I've tried to help business owners with customer relationships and engagement in a very streamlined and effective manner by building this product called CardClan.

Why don’t we retain our clients despite giving a great service?

After speaking to over 10k business owners, listening to their pains and experiences with their customers/employees, I felt there is a huge gap of personalization in the communication, people that pay you out of their back- pocket don’t want to hear about your product or service all the time, not in the way you probably are/might be doing.

2. Customise templates using our feature-rich graphic editor to add your own personalized messages, or add stock images using our Pixabay, Imgur, or Pexels integration.

3. Schedule the card to be delivered via email ahead of time.

4. Share the digital card link with your team members or partners via email, Facebook, Twitter, or Whatsapp so they can add their own messages
