Here's a gem that will probably be closed soon. There's no more support! It's scandalous to take customers for idiots. Notifications have not worked for several months! So you don't know when a prospect arrives, or when you receive a message. So I left a message for support via chatsurvey.io... No response. I emailed Felipe directly and he told me to contact Rxtuteur for support. Rxtuteur ? What's that? Well, it's a site that uses chatsurvey.io to provide training for pharmacies in Canada. I sent 2 emails to Rxtuteur and Felipe! No answer from them. Felipe doesn't seem to be part of the Rxtuteur project anymore ! ALL the customers who believed in chatsurvey before Rxtuteur find themselves abandoned. The worst thing about all this is that they don't even bother to reply to customers, it's a profound contempt! What a pity that this article is in the wrong hands at the moment. I hope Felipe will take the lead again and rediscover his humanist values.

WELL IF IT WORKED WELL
There are many fantastic things but there are many others that don't work. I thought it was a temporary error but these errors have been happening for months and I have been trying for more than a week to get a response from the customer service support team and it literally seems like they have disappeared. I have written to them from the support option on the platform itself and I have also responded to the email where they gave me access and where they promised me that if I had any questions they would respond quickly. I have even sent an email to the founder since users were given their email in the welcome email in case we had any problems... but it is very frustrating that I have been trying for more than a week to get a response from someone since I am in the middle of launching a questionnaire to the public that has taken me months to finish... honestly I was in love with this tool but when it stops working and nobody pays attention to you and nobody helps you, you quickly fall out of love 😞😞

Very lovely chat-style form builder and great customer service!
ChatSurvey is powering most of the forms on my websites now and the users seem to love the chat-like UI way better than regular forms. It makes for an interesting way to collect answers!
The surveys are very easy to setup, there's plently of field types to choose from and the UI is nice. Embedding in websites also works like a charm!
I did get in touch with Customer Service once in relation to custom domains and they replied very quickly, providing an immediate fix.
This plan is very generous in my opinion, you can create forms, surveys and polls with a chat-style UI and you can also remove their brand completely and use up to 10 custom CNAMES.
A brilliant tool and one of the fairest deals on Appsumo!
