Here's a gem that will probably be closed soon. There's no more support! It's scandalous to take customers for idiots. Notifications have not worked for several months! So you don't know when a prospect arrives, or when you receive a message. So I left a message for support via chatsurvey.io... No response. I emailed Felipe directly and he told me to contact Rxtuteur for support. Rxtuteur ? What's that? Well, it's a site that uses chatsurvey.io to provide training for pharmacies in Canada. I sent 2 emails to Rxtuteur and Felipe! No answer from them. Felipe doesn't seem to be part of the Rxtuteur project anymore ! ALL the customers who believed in chatsurvey before Rxtuteur find themselves abandoned. The worst thing about all this is that they don't even bother to reply to customers, it's a profound contempt! What a pity that this article is in the wrong hands at the moment. I hope Felipe will take the lead again and rediscover his humanist values.

There are many fantastic things but there are many others that don't work. I thought it was a temporary error but these errors have been happening for months and I have been trying for more than a week to get a response from the customer service support team and it literally seems like they have disappeared. I have written to them from the support option on the platform itself and I have also responded to the email where they gave me access and where they promised me that if I had any questions they would respond quickly. I have even sent an email to the founder since users were given their email in the welcome email in case we had any problems... but it is very frustrating that I have been trying for more than a week to get a response from someone since I am in the middle of launching a questionnaire to the public that has taken me months to finish... honestly I was in love with this tool but when it stops working and nobody pays attention to you and nobody helps you, you quickly fall out of love 😞😞

I bought a few similar apps around here. This is the best.
Sure, it is simple and missing some advanced options.
Nevertheless, 100% worth it.

Chat Survey has a clean interface, easy to set up, conditional logic works flawlessly. The only thing I would like to see added is a table format. But this is great. I am happy I decided to get it.

ChatSurvey is powering most of the forms on my websites now and the users seem to love the chat-like UI way better than regular forms. It makes for an interesting way to collect answers!

The surveys are very easy to setup, there's plently of field types to choose from and the UI is nice. Embedding in websites also works like a charm!

I did get in touch with Customer Service once in relation to custom domains and they replied very quickly, providing an immediate fix.

This plan is very generous in my opinion, you can create forms, surveys and polls with a chat-style UI and you can also remove their brand completely and use up to 10 custom CNAMES.

A brilliant tool and one of the fairest deals on Appsumo!

I've started the testing and found it easy to build , very nice Ui/Ux

i like the simple way it show the data and how it make you go fast in writing your questions

i just started on my third survey/Quiz (i did not send it to other) and i like it

you can display the it on your website with the result or just the results (i like the idea 💡)

i have some recommendation to make it easier to collect data ,
- link it directly to google sheet
- have condition logic (i did not find it)

I've used other platforms from AppSumo, and sadly they didn't perform or function in this unique and engaging way; we just did a 40-question Survey with over 300+ submissions, and after speaking with a few of the people who completed the survey, they loved how it functioned and operated.

Some of the features are super cool!
- "Small Talk" - Like logic, but you can tailor your responses easily to each answer submitted.
- How it embeds on your site - CLEAN
- Speed
-Confetti when you complete a form/survey
- Screening Surveys - It allows you to have a survey that sets up multiple different surveys
- And so much more!

It could be better if we could add email collection from our email marketing providers. Also, the surveys we collect comes in the for of one email when recipients respond. I reached out to support about adding the option to add our email provider and they are making no effort for the change of Api or smtp. They barely got back with a response.

I've made 4 forms all it was all easy, very nice Ui/Ux
But when it comes to reports or statistics about the responses, it still does not work. It does not capture all the responses on the reports, questions that are answered do not appear on the reports, so this app has no use to a serious marketeer. I Have contacted the support but no answer was given to me, after 2 weeks time... that's a pitty...

Really love this tool. Have used it a couple of times now (vs normal surveys done via google forms) and it's got great feedback from the people who've taken it. It seems that the chat style for a survey works really well to increase engagement.

It's easy to set up surveys and bang in your questions. I've made a couple of suggestions for formatting which were implemented within a week so that was good to see.

My only concern is to make sure this tool keeps going in the future so I can keep using it!

I've just spent the last 32 hours wrangling with this tool so some of my negative feedback may be coloured by that experience.

The GOOD:
- It's very easy and quick to start using. I scratched my head for a minute regarding the Workspace, but then found where you can start building Surveys. It offers Surveys and Quizzes. My need was for a Survey for leads that want to book a consult with me.
- Adding question types and conditional logic is as simple as clicking the plus symbol and selecting the question type. The logic options are available with click on the right-side menu of the question you added.
- Some nice options to customize your Survey with your logo, colour choice for questions and responses, even to set the time you want your Survey to start and end.
- The finished product looks very inviting and conversational to use. My survey is longer than the usual, but the format and features will make it less tedious for people to interact with and answer.
- The Results and Reports feature looks pretty slick. But haven't tried those yet.
- I like the layout of the notification I get after my Survey has been completed. Clear and straight-forward.

The CRAZY (not in a good way):
- The 32 hrs I mentioned using this thing? Half of that time was due to waiting for questions, conditions and edits to load or reload. I don't know what's on the back-end of this thing, but if not for this Appsumo deal and a deadline, I would have refunded this already. Having to wait longer than a minute for anything to load in a SaaS-based tool is unacceptable.
- In some instances, I waited up to 10 minutes for something to happen (e.g. especially to delete a question) only to be faced with a blurred screen with no error message or even the spinning windmill with the self-deprecating comments apologizing for the slowness. BTW, that spinning thing with the comments gets old fast when you've been waiting for 5 or more minutes for the page to finish reloading.
- This slowness happened in every browser I tried (Safari, Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi). Can't remember re: Safari, but the last 3 are Chrome browsers. Don't know if being a Chrome browser has anything to do with this speed problem, but damn, I don't have time to figure out which browser I can get my work done in.
- The "Slider" question type is glitchy. No matter what colour combo I use, I can't see the slider in the the "live" survey.
- Changing the colour combo for the questions/responses was weird. Am I meant to use Save button under Survey settings to keep those changes? If yes, I don't think that makes sense. It should save the same way adding and editing questions does.

I'll conclude by saying I come from using a tool like Qualtrics, so I get that Chat Survey packs a decent punch at its regular price compared to a behemoth like Qualtrics. And I really want to love Chat Survey, I do. But they MUST fix the Galapagos turtle crawl of the app stat. It's killing what otherwise would be fun tool to use.

I just bought it and it's really cool!
Pros:
- Conversational feeling, this makes survey so much more enjoyable
- You can embed gifs and pictures and videos (youtube)
- MULTILINGUAL, so amazing. You can link several surveys in the background and have a simple langauge choice in the beginning to direct the flow to the right survey
- Great support, very quick, and very helpful and accommodating
Improvement potential:
- I made one survey so my issues are not fully tested yet. Using the browser BRAVE, I experienced some fields with difficulties (it would not save the url I have entered into the redirect field).
- Overall a must have for an incredible price (especially compared to Typeform, which it is totally at the same eye-level with, with some even better options and better usability)

ChatSurvey is designed really well and easy to use. This should be one of the more popular deals on AppSumo.

I bought several review programs on AppSumo and I think this is the best.
With ChatSurvey the user experience is much more informal and enjoyable.
Very smooth and well programmed app. Strengths:
-White label (CName)
-Translation in many languages
-All unlimited (users, surveys)
-Reports very well done.
-etc. etc.

What an amazing tool! Everything works, I found no errors, the interface is very intuitiv.
For me, sometimes it takes long to update a change. And I would really love that the custom URL option was included in this deal. That's the only reason I took off a taco.

Buy it. You will not regret. Serious.

Very poor customer service as does not answer queries.
Like the tool which still needs improvement however if you offer a bad customer service it makes the tool as bad as the customer service.

Also why offer a Free of Charge cname possibility for some and not others?

This is not just a survey chat ! - It has SUPER powerfull features packed in for this early stage in production. Some of the features which i think is awesome are

- Small talk ( useful for providing infomation / reactions )

- Live results - ( I use it as a live poll presentation for events!! )
- Clean UI & Embeddable for both chat window and results

Basically you can program CHAT BOT functions INTO A COLLECTION FORM!! WOW. - ?What you are getting is the simulation of human interation with users.

Dedicated founder that is active in answering your questions and open to product feedback. I hope we can have API intergration with Pabbly / konnectzit and that would make it very powerful.

I only write reviews when I find a gem of a product and I wish the same for you, hence the nudge that this product is worth the spend. I find Felipe to be passionate about his product and that for me is a HUGE positive as the product will evolve and he is at the helm proudly ensuring the products value. I find the user interface easy to navigate and I REALLY LIKE the helpful videos as one interactively proceeds through the product.
