Poor customer service
Very poor customer service as does not answer queries.
Like the tool which still needs improvement however if you offer a bad customer service it makes the tool as bad as the customer service.
Also why offer a Free of Charge cname possibility for some and not others?

May 9, 2024Hi there. My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I was a little under the weather and trying to catch up on past messages. Our custom URLs is only available to paid accounts. We had a different promotion here which included some custom URLs (but the promotion price was higher.)
