I am always hesitant to try out something in the AS Marketplace; the deals there tend to be hit or miss. this one is a hit. The app is functional; could it use more development and polishing? Sure, but it does what it says it does. More importantly, the group who built this clearly knows about CX. Could it use more templates? sure, could it use some more polish? sure. But these folks get the concept of what is important. Moreover, they seem to be very focused on listening to feedback and building out the product.
Who this is for (at present)
1: Serving "The siloed expert" Presently, I'm using this with government scientists who 1: are experts in their fields but have little to no knowledge or awareness of CX or project management methodology/terminology. To these folks, the concept of CX is novel, but getting their ideas circulated (and then funded) is more important and more competitive than ever. To the siloed expert, the concept of CX is very interesting (hitherto unheard of competitive advantage) and this app is a low-cost way to bring things up to speed quickly.
2: "the kitchen gadget enthusiast" The consultant who likes to have a tool for everything
Who this might not be for: If you have an established team that is already established in using a similar app, it might be hard to convince them to switch over to something new (at this stage anyway)
Summary: a great addition to the toolbox even if you don't already have a use case in mind. Superb if working with CX newbies. 3.5/5 stars if rating as a snapshot in time (no future development) and 5+/5 if the development/feature trend continues.
Also, It would be great to learn a little more about the team behind this.
