Too crude, not ready for AppSumo
After a long deliberation I'm giving it 3 tacos.
Here's my personal impression of the app, yours might be different.
The app does not make mapping of a marketing Persona or a Customer Journey any easier than just filling out your own template in a spreadsheet, or a form, or an airtable.
The Persona, Empathy, Journey etc mapping areas are essentially editors and the created "maps" are tables with colored rows. You can add new rows, for example "Pain Points" in Persona and populate the row with separate blocks that describe what pain points the Persona has. Functionally, there is nothing in these map areas that you can not have in a modern spreadsheet app or a table app.
Aesthetically the maps look very crude, I would not show them to any of my clients.
The provided Persona/Journey/Modular templates are rather rudimentary, you need either to build on them or create your own from scratch.
The same goes for the Journey and the Module areas.
I don't see how this app will make my work easier or even different.
Some other cons:
- Few days ago, the support was via a whatsapp chat, today it was replaced by an embedded chat but nobody answered my call;
- Yesterday the "?" button was opening a search field that, alas, did not respond to any keywords. Today the search field turns into a dropdown with Tutorial-like titles shown but, alas, clicking any of the titles did not lead to any help documents;
- Today we've also got zoom buttons "+" and "-" but none of them work. Most likely they will start working tomorrow:-);
It seems that the development is going as we speak and it's done by a very small team. Vanishingly small.
I don't feel comfortable continuing with this tool.

Our technical team alone is 10+ strong and we are working on multiple tools - Innovation Management solution (www.ideadeployer.com), Risk Management solution(RiskDeployer), Strategy Execution solution (StrategyDeployer).
All features and functionalities of CXDeployer are working as intended. I will be more than happy to take you through all the features and get your ideas for improvement.
I also want to highlight that it would have been more useful if CXDeployer is compared with dedicated customer journey mapping s/ws on both features and price rather than general-purpose tools like spreadsheet or table app.
CXDeployer enables Customer Experience Transformation with its tools such as persona, empathy, journey mapping, business model generation, ideation management, and task management with the objective to create actionable journey maps not gorgeous pictures that generally go on the walls and later into the dustbin.
