May 14, 2024A: DoneDone has both in-app and email notifications. DoneDone also integrates with Slack if you'd like notification activity sent to a Slack channel as well.
We've also begun development on iOS and Android apps for mobile which will support push notifications on you mobile devices.

Ah, sorry I missed your second question!
Anyone outside of your DoneDone account can send emails to your DoneDone Mailbox that are automatically logged as ticketed conversations for your team to manage.
For closer collaboration, you can also invite client members to your DoneDone account.
