Q: I really like the philosophy/approach here.

I went through your roadmap because there are a couple of things that I'd really like to see to actually start using it.

1) Project templates. I was happy to see this marked as Planned. (as well as CSV import) Is there an ETA ? This would be big for me and I assume others who might want to move several projects over to load up for use, but are hesitant based upon the time commitment required to input multiple projects. The templates are immediate need for me, the CSV less so since my current pm tools don't have a CSV export feature so it would take time to setup the csv file vs. manual input.
2) cname/white label these are related of course and between them have the most votes both individually and combined - by far. So how does or will this ever go from "Under Consideration" to "Planned" ?

A: Glad you appreciate our philosophy and we appreciate the support! Very good questions...

Once we wrap-up Kanban (which should be in the next few weeks) we plan on pivoting to a larger number of incremental improvements to our core features, projects and mailboxes. We haven't finalized what would be in that group but I wouldn't be surprised if project templates fit. It's a frequent request and a clear improvement.

I wanted to mention that you can import tasks by CSV, Google Sheet or similar apps by leveraging integrations with Zapier or Pabbly.

Here's a help doc on our integration with Zapier along with a Google Sheet example.

And here's Pabbly's integration with DoneDone.

The white label and CNAME updates require more thinking on our end. Those updates would have broader implications for DoneDone and we need to explore what exactly that would look like. But you are correct, those are updates that would naturally be grouped together.
