Q: Very nice looking application, I want to know 1) Will team members have access to all projects and mailboxes?
I want my VA's to view/access only support mailbox with its associated project and not other projects/mailboxes, how to achieve this?
2) I don't see Kanban board option to view tasks. Please add it to the application at the earliest

Team members only have access to the Projects and Mailboxes that you add them to. You can control which Projects and Mailboxes they can access in the People section.
And yes, Kanban view has been getting a lot of requests lately. I'll give it a +1 for you. 🙂
