The solution I had before was using a spam filter I couldn't control. Now and then some legitimate emails slipped through. I had looked at other solution but most were total overkill for a solo company like mine.
I used a secondary email to test DoneDone before purchase. Setting up DoneDone was super easy. The interface can be learned in a couple of minutes.
Because I used another email for testing I had some problems with combining what I had set up with the email from AppSumo. The support was fast and helpful.

If you are looking for an easy way to collaborate on shared emails, and manage manual workflows, then this is a great solution. The only drawback I see so far is that, because of the way it retrieves email, I still see spam messages in donedone that are filtered out by my email client. Nonetheless, great and simple solution.
It is a great tool with transparent and real roadmap. It is already providing excellent value and the features coming down the pipe will only make today's offer more enticing.

DoneDone is a great platform manage support inquiries. The mobile web version is really polished. It was easy to add new email addresses for each project inbox, even though it was not using SMTP. Grabbing 4 codes was a no-brainer. Thank you for building this tool!

Only thing missing are:
- a way to integrate with website(through chat) and various social media
- guest/client access which is CRITICAL for a support desk.
Other than that I love the interface and functionality! This one is underrated!

Simple But Powerful
