What first drew me to DoneDone is the amazing UI. Micheal and the team did an amazing job making DD super easy and simple to use.
A client sends an email to your designated email address. From there you can reply, change the status of the ticket, assign it to a team member easily. One of my favorite feature is the "saved replies" which makes replying to emails fast and easy!
The roadmap is promising with amazing features. Customer service is evolving and social media plays a big part in that! I am pretty sure Micheal has heard me say this everywhere... Social media inboxes, please!
This is a deal that you donβt want to miss because the product is constantly evolving and will continue to get better and better.
