Q: Hello, With the same button, can parallel call come?
For example:
1. I have one line. 6 of my colleagues have logged in to the eleven sight dashboard with same login.
2. Can 6 different customers call us and can all of my 6 colleagues receive the call with single line from 6 different laptops?
3. Are the calls recorded?

Yes, you can receive multiple parallel calls with a single button. All logged in devices will ring simultaneously and there are no limits to how many devices you can log in from.
Only disadvantage of this approach is that you wouldn't know which colleague picked up the call and this would make it difficult to measure performance.
Forgot to add, the calls will all be recorded as long as call recording is enable through the button tab in your settings. Click on "change configuration" and select an option from "Record Calls".
