11Sight - So far so good, but keep going :)
Pros:
Very good support, good response time, one point of contact throughout for me. Besides help nice exchange of information and 11Sight is open and grateful for suggestions for improvement (greetings to Eren Ocal, nice and helpful contact). Extensive configuration possibilities of the buttons are positive. The idea and function, "1 click and there" is contemporary. As well as the choices for the customer how to contact me.
Cons:
11Sight is not yet fully GPDR compliant in my opinion. In particular, it lacks the ability to enter into the contract for commissioned data processing required for Europe, also there is no server location in Europe (yet), as far as I know.
The support is great, service oriented and individual, this is great yes, but even better would be if the UI / backend was not so highly complex, it is definitely not very intuitive and requires quite a learning curve. This applies to users who have a "normal" IT affinity and not trained computer scientists, the latter will probably not have a problem. For the button design in detail and e.g. realization of a checkbox for GPDR, one needs jscon script knowledge. This is mainly because many help documents are either not perfectly fitting or not sufficient. YouTube tutorials have been available recently. But these are, in my opinion, too fast and do not go into detail.
Summary from my point of view:
Front end and use by the customer from me *****
Button design & implementation options (when done) *****
Actual conference functions *****
Variability of call options for the customer *****
Adjustability accessibility of user *****
Backend/UI, needs development and optimization, needs to be more intuitive and take more from admin ***
Tutorials, knowledge base, FAQ ***
Support (response time, assistance, friendliness and service) *****
GPDR/DSGVO compliance for Europe **
Conclusion:
11Sight is new and within the market, in my opinion, "refreshingly different". Many good approaches and great ideas, a nice team, good support. But it still needs optimization in detail, selectively more stability, better tutorials, knowledge base & FAQ and a much more intuitive UI/UX. Therefore "still and only" 4 Tacos as of Nov 2021, but on the way to 5 Tacos. Would I recommend it? Yes! Would I buy it again? Yes! Will I use it? Yes! Doesn't it still need to be optimized insignificantly in total? Yes! Are they on a good track and do you feel comfortable there? Yes!
