It's been more than 30 days that I'm going back and forth with these guys to get my account setup and no one in their team has the time to help me out, I've been passed around to different team members, been told 101 excuses of why there are delays and at the end of the day, no one in their team has contacted me to help me with the setup... I got to say this has been by far the worst support experience I've received from any AppSumo deal. At this point I'm just going to get my money back.
