Not recommended - Not a good service
First of all, the system fails all the time.
I have not been able to get a constant rate of emails sent. Sometimes it stops working and you don't receive any notifications.
Customer service responds within 24 hours but rarely resolve the issue. You have to follow up over and over but they don't solve anything.
The worst part is that they warm up your domain sending emails to private domains.
That is totally useless. They don't send to gmail, hotmail, etc; and get your emails out of the spam folder, so you are not building any reputation with the big guys.
After 1 month of using this service, my emails still go straight to spam on gmail using a brand-new domain and smtp. No wonder. Because gmail has never received an email from my domain even though I have been warming up for a month.
Keep your money and get a service that warms up using gmail inbox.

I apologize for that. We have done a terrible job communicating how our product works. Ideally we review mailboxes before they start receiving but fail to communicate this well. I have also done a bad job getting the people I work with to understand how to respond to this.
Can you let me know the mailboxes on support? I will personally make sure everything works fine. We don't generally use @gmail accounts, we hardly approve those. We prefer to use custom domain Gsuite account. The bulk of our network is made of Gsuite account & Zoho.
As for other mail providers like Microsoft's Hotmail & Outlook, we aren't the best option to warm for those at the moment as the network is mostly Google mailboxes.
Also, we are rebuilding the entire experience from scratch. This way you can easily see more into what & why anything is the way they are.
