Could I run several different knowledge bases within a single domain, e.g., ◾domain.com/base-of-knowledge ◾domain.com/documentation ◾domain.com/technical-blog ◾…
Alternatively, could such functionality be available in the future?

A: No, that's not possible and also not planned as it would involve a complete core change. You can only have one domain per workspace. But we'll release a "sections" feature soon that allows you to structure your content into sections + categories.
I asked this before, but I kindly ask you again to please stop creating the same questions on multiple places. It adds unnecessary support work. I...
That would actually solve the problem too. Although then all coworkers would have access to everything. . Thank you for the information. 👍 I'm so sorry about my ADHD.
Can we create internal KB pages that don’t rank on search engines, like Google, or get scraped by sites like ChatGPT?
Also, for the content we add, is there a feature similar to WordPress that makes content unclickable and uncopyable? This way, users can only read the content and not copy or steal it. Some company knowledge bases need protection so that employees who leave don’t take our...

A: Hi there,
Yes, you can create private workspaces. You can read more about restriction options here: https://help.eniston.io/settings/restricting-access
Additionally, if you have a public workspace, you can also disable search engine indexing (noindex, nofollow, noarchive).
It's currently not possible to prevent people from copying content from a website. Most browsers offer ways to export a...
For mailers, I mean just mailing us when a new product is launched by your team which could be once the tool is launched as I dont feel that is spam.
P.s an idea for your team; a private chat tool for internal teams, simple with data secured thats one thing missing for many people who want to switch from tools like Slack, discord and other chat platforms (not private)
The part related to attachment says I can upload PDF or Docs, but it doesn't give me that option; only images are available.

A: Hi there,
We're aware that some customers are experiencing this (depending on how content is uploaded) and we are working on this and will deploy a fix within the next week.
Next time though, please create a ticket, as this does not belong into the AppSumo questions section. Thanks.
I can see that eniston can also be platform to receive feedback by public and users. Is there any way we can add an option for users to give rating or stars 1-5 on top of their comment / feedback / reviews?

A: No stars, no, but as you probably have already seen, it's a smiley-based rating: https://cloud.ivymayhem.io/dp3qqJZw
You can change the order, or disable a specific smiley from within the workspace settings. We don't have plans to make it a star-rating.
Is there ever going to be a way to restrict articles by user? Creating a new workspace seems like a daunting way to separate users for different use cases. It's not the worst, but just a bit cumbersome. Also, is there a roadmap somewhere?

A: Hi there,
The idea is that a team can work together within a workspace, it was never really planned to restrict team members from accessing specific articles. We currently also have no mechanism in place to limit the frontend search to specific member rights.
Or is your question more directed to what members can edit in the backend?
We stopped maintaining a public roadmap for all our...
My use case was a little more specific: Different articles being available to different clients. It seems that creating a new workspace is the only guaranteed way to restrict article access, which is fine but not preferred. I can deal with it and still think the product is excellent thus far.
Understood that the roadmap is locked away, but is there a place to request features at least?

So I understand that it won't be accessible from multiple Workspaces.
But only one domain is possible from a single Workspace.
And inside are the sections:
e.g.,
◾Base of knowledge:
domain.com/base-of-knowledge/article-1
◾Documentation
domain.com/documentation/article-2
◾Technical blog
domain.com/technical-blog/article-3
◾… etc.
