Congrats, eniston knowledge base team,
Question 1: Is your "chat with us" feature shown on your own "Contact us directly" link, a standard feature in our own plan? I'm asking b/c that can then be a helpdesk feature for users and customers.
Question 2: If the answer to above is "Yes", then will we have the option to make that section or feature available to non-logged in users (like our prospects)?
Question 3: I want to check out the free trial on your website. Can I use the same email address as I will later use to redeem on Appsumo? Or am I better off using a different email account for the free trial?

eniston does not include a live-chat feature, no. You'd have to add a custom integration if you need this on your knowledge base. The solution we're using for our support tickets is tinydub.com, another product of ours that will soon be publicly available.
You can start the 30-day trial with your email address. If you purchase a code via AppSumo and have an existing account, get in touch with us so we can assign the code to your existing account. Right now, customers can only redeem a code by themselves by creating a new account (via the URL provided in the redemption instructions). But again, we can manually assign a code to an existing account.
