My need is to use it with an internal team. Is it possible to restrict access to those who are logged in?
I have 25 employees, is it possible for all of them to use it?
Is the knowledge base unique or can I have multiple bases with different domains?

You can use eniston with as many employees as you want. We currently offer restriction via a global password or via IP address.
There is no frontend authentication on a user-level in place yet. This is something we will add later this year. Then you can, optionally, set a workspace to "private" and only allow users of your team to log in with their credentials.
Also, each workspace / knowledge base can have a different (custom) domain.
