eniston is solely a knowledge base solution. Simple as that. No additional "add-ons" whatsoever. Most services offer knowledge bases as part of a higher priced tier of their product. Which is fine - but sometimes you just need a simple knowledge base to help visitors and members find answers to their questions / problems. This has to be a quick solution, without much overhead. And without other functions you don't use or even need. Yet, you would have to pay for them. This mostly includes a chat bot, a CRM, email campaigns and whatnot. If you need this stuff, eniston won't be the right fit for you.
