Q: Hi, how does the password protection work?
We have a website , does this integrate with it or will client have to register for the help page and create a new password?

You can set a password in the backend, either for the whole workspace or just for single categories. Then you will have to give your client the password.
There is no frontend authorisation in a sign up / log in way.
