I do believe adding a bit of control for access for internal vs external KB's will serve well tho, I know there is a P/W function and IP function, but username and password, SSO or magic links (with time expiry) will be considered a necessity by many orgs who are interested in controlling access to their internal knowledge bases. One question I had was the ability to export, I use Nifty for our companies PM tool. I had thought to use the web address w/password link as an option to view inside of Nifty using their custom workspace embed feature, but I get an error after viewing and entering the correct passwords. Any thought's on how I can still achieve this so I can have our KB accessible and relevant for each workspace in our PM system??
