Hello, Just confirming - this is for Knowledge Base documentation only (not email/support ticketing) I think that's right - and one domain only (e.g. support.mybusiness.com) is linked to the knowledge base where everything in the knowledge base is accessible? Just wanting to confirm that the URL will be what I enter with no reference/branding/watermark to eniston - no rush to answer!

Yes, eniston is solely for knowledge management. We try to keep our products focused on a specific topic. We also have another product called tinydub (https://tinydub.com), which plays nicely with eniston. I just mention it, as you asked for email/support ticketing.
It's one domain per workspace, correct. Ten workspaces are included in this deal.

Just count how many you see in the workspace switch. If you have 10 and purchased additional 4, then you have 14 available. Deduct what you counted... Please stop asking these sort of questions in others peoples questions. Use the dedicated ticket system for this.
