WonkaQ: Non SEO pages & KB copy protection?
Can we create internal KB pages that don’t rank on search engines, like Google, or get scraped by sites like ChatGPT?
Also, for the content we add, is there a feature similar to WordPress that makes content unclickable and uncopyable? This way, users can only read the content and not copy or steal it. Some company knowledge bases need protection so that employees who leave don’t take our knowledge base with them. If not I would suggest adding this option :)

P.s please mail your other tool customers when you release new tools as I never get any mailers from your company and only discover your tools much later like this tool I recently found...

Yes, you can create private workspaces. You can read more about restriction options here: https://help.eniston.io/settings/restricting-access
Additionally, if you have a public workspace, you can also disable search engine indexing (noindex, nofollow, noarchive).
It's currently not possible to prevent people from copying content from a website. Most browsers offer ways to export a page via PDF, or store the raw HTML, or simply print the page. There are many ways to get the content of a page. Disabling the copy and right-click options won't stop those who want to get your content.

We don't like to spam or bother our customers with promotion emails. That's not our thing and we barely send out newsletters. Maybe once a year, if at all. But thanks for the feedback, maybe we'll come up with something.

For mailers, I mean just mailing us when a new product is launched by your team which could be once the tool is launched as I dont feel that is spam.
P.s an idea for your team; a private chat tool for internal teams, simple with data secured thats one thing missing for many people who want to switch from tools like Slack, discord and other chat platforms (not private)
