Hi, 2 quick questions:
1. Can I create private knowledge bases? For example, 1 for my team and 1 for each of my clients?
2. "Up To 10 Workspaces (extendable)" is each knowledgebase counted as 1 workspace? And if so, how much does each extra cost?
Or how is each workspace counted?

1) Yes, you can create private and public workspaces.
2) Yes, a workspace is a knowledge base and 10 are included. Additional workspaces are available for $8.99 one-time payment (per workspace).
