Q: what does 8 Knowledge Bases means，what is the difference between workspace？Can I buy two for 16 knowledge？

A: Hi there,

8 knowledge bases mean you can have 8 workspaces. It‘s essentially the same.

We currently do not support code stacking to get more workspaces.

Hi Team, I have two quick UI/UX suggestions: 1. "Ask AI" Button Visibility (Docs Mode) Currently, the "Ask AI" button (top right) is visible to everyone. It would be less confusing to hide it for non-subscribers. Showing an unusable premium feature adds unnecessary clutter for free users. 2. Search Icon Alignment (Default Mode) On the landing page, the magnifying glass icon in the main search bar isn't vertically aligned with the "Search articles..." text. I added a custom style to change the dark mode header background color to #0A0A0A. However, this change only takes effect when using the Default theme. When I switch to the Documentation theme, the custom style is ignored, and the header background remains stuck on the default #1D1916. Could you please fix this so that custom styles apply correctly to the Documentation theme as well? Thank you!
Currently, the Dark Mode color palette of Eniston is set to #1D1916 by default and cannot be changed. Please make it more flexible so we can adjust the color palette to our preference, or at least change the code from #1D1916 to #0A0A0A.
Can we allow visitors or customers to submit articles? or maybe allow to post questions? and we provide the answer and publish it as articles.
