A flexible, intuitive knowledge base – almost perfect!

I was in search of a knowledge base platform that could grow with my business — something easy to update, simple to manage, and flexible enough to reflect our brand. After testing several options, I finally found what I was looking for.

What really stood out for me:

Custom CNAME support: Being able to use our own domain gives the whole experience a professional touch and seamless brand integration.

Video integration: This is a huge plus. Embedding video content directly into articles enhances the learning experience for our users and helps us communicate complex topics with ease.

From a usability standpoint, the platform is straightforward and well-designed. Adding, editing, and organizing content is intuitive, even for team members with little technical experience.

It’s clearly built with customer support in mind — it helps us offer fast, accessible answers without needing to maintain a separate documentation site or help center.

The only feature I wish it had (and hope to see in the future) is user login support. There is a team login, which works great internally, but I would love to offer a gated section for specific clients or user groups. That would make it a true all-in-one solution for our needs.

In short: A highly functional and well-thought-out knowledge base system that checks nearly every box. If user login is added, it would be a 10/10!
