Eniston has been easy to learn on creating a KB for my needs. Re: the speed, it's true that it loads really fast which is what's required for anyone browsing/going through a KB as they're eager to find the answer fast. Am loving it so far and looking forward to continue building Knowledge Bases across my products. Having CNAME is a no brainer to keep things in brand.
