After testing so many systems for a helpdesk/self serve information database, we were almost giving up when we saw this deal. After testing and our team using it for a few hours, we realised this is just the system we need. Simple, effective. Does the job nicely. I highly recommend this for knowledge base systems. Well worth the money spent.
