eniston is my first Knowledge base tool that I have used directly and it couldn't be more simple to use. Simply create your sections and categories and add articles to each one. Very easy to navigate and super intuitive without any learning curve at all. The only issue I'm having so far is getting my sub domain set up; I have added the appropriate DNS records but for some reason the platform is not recognizing them. Still will not be a make or break and I'm sure I will get it figured out.
