Eniston has been a great experience so far. The setup and CNAME configuration were easy and efficient, as with their other app, InPrivy. I’ve used numerous help desk and KB platforms over the last decade, including Help Sc*ut, UserV*ice, and ZenD*sk. Eniston is a strong contender for sharing knowledge at a one-time bulk-license LTD price instead of an annual subscription. The search results are incredibly accurate and fast. The only suggestion for improvement I can offer is to allow granular PDF output for specific articles, sections, or the entire knowledge base. Ensiton has the potential to be a contender among major KB providers, especially for those that don’t require a bloated and sometimes overpriced help desk ticketing solution. Well done, and please keep up the development. At this price, this is an absolute steal for any business owner!
