This knowledge base platform provides internal support to my workflow and is used daily. The ease of use and it's design as well as its team support structure is enabling multiple areas to work at the same time. There is a public knowledge edited through other staff and the internal one with oversight and management of everything in one place. I highly recommend this solution to everyone.
