I've spent months and countless hours scouring for a straight-forward KB solution to my use case. Eniston and the team over there are checking all the boxes: multi-workspaces, chatbot embeds, customization, and several I didn't even know to look for.

Bottomline: simple to integrate, easy to develop content, and even when there is a hiccup (small ones in my case) support has provided the needed insight and immediate resolution.
