Q: does this only apply to tech company valuations?
I'd buy if you could figure out valuations for other industries and cross industries. would be even better if you included comps for other sold companies in the industry to factor into the valuation. my biggest need is determining cross industry valuations. an example would be a tech company that is in the beauty industry which owns patents for the tech being used. there are other examples but haven't received patent approvals yet. do you have a formula for determining patent values for cross industry? there are so many way to value a company. do you give a valuation for every method? it's best to know the values of diff models for negotiations. thx
