Q: Plans Structure vs. Qty of Companies Valuated
Hi Tamir,
We are looking for a solution like this to cover some project needs.
While we need a more comprehensive level of valuation, as in Tier 3, we will hardly need 60 companies.
Is it possible to review additional tiers as per current Tiers, but for less companies?
Also, as consultants and with data management changes nowadays, we may keep the data of a company for as long as a project is active/oir is still our client. But after that is healthy to return/delete inecessary information.
How do you approach these two points?
How is your support for let's say, using Equitest with some level of set up of indicators to match a valuation need? Like mentions your presentation video about it.
Thank you, best regards

Mar 1, 2026A: Hello! Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in Equitest.
Regarding your specific needs for your consultancy, here is how we can address those points:
Custom Tiers: At this stage, we won't be offering additional tiers or custom company counts. Since we will soon be removing the deal from AppSumo, the current Tier structure is fixed. If you require the comprehensive valuation tools found in Tier 3, we recommend securing that Tier now to ensure you have the methodology you need, even if you don't utilize the full 60-company limit immediately.
Data Management: We completely understand the importance of data hygiene and client confidentiality. To support this, we can add a "delete date" option or a manual purge feature. This will allow you to remove sensitive company information once a project is finalized, keeping your workspace lean and compliant.
Custom Indicators & Setup: Equitest is designed to be highly flexible. You can already adjust specific indicators and assumptions (such as risk premiums or growth rates) to match your professional judgment. Furthermore, if you find that the current customization options are insufficient for your specific valuation needs, let us know and we will implement the specific indicators or features you require.
We’d love to have you on board as we transition away from the AppSumo launch phase!
Best regards,
Tamir
