The valuation seems gimmicky and unrealistic. I've back tested the valuation for one company with Syft, actual negotiations and my understanding of the business and Equitest was on another planet. Cold planet. Further the Xero financial data import was importing wrong numbers in the BS, and I had to type them manually. Saving grace - in theory you could spit out a valuation in 30min. You can adjust most assumptions used for valuation. That said - If you know how to adjust these you are probably a valuation expert already. For me as an accountant who's done valuations as a trainee 15 years back, it is of limited use.

Equitest is a great product and has all important valuation methods. CEO is very supportive ans had an hour long videocall with us to give detailled explanation.

The support alone was worth 5 stars let alone getting the product-result I needed from this. Buy and stash for when you need this in your business, especially if you are likely to need a couple of them over time.
