Hello. I have Tier one now. Since late last year. How do I calculate going to a higher lever? Say from 1 to 4 or 1 to 5? Do I just add 3 tiers or 4, respectively? Please be very clear so i dont have to rewrite (sorry but often messaging from support of various firms is too brief) Thanks so much
