Have left me helpless with no support after purchase
I have sent multiple emails regarding my Filestar Redemption. Have not got any response from either hello@filestar.com or niels@filestar.com for over 10 days now.
I really loved the concept of Filestar but I am highly disappointed for not getting any support response and feel like they have abandoned the product.
Please clarify if you are abandoning Filestar and not planning to launch the Mac version of the app and resolve my redemption issue.

May 9, 2024Sorry, you didn't get a prompt response from us. We are 100% committed to delivering a Mac version. That is actually why we are so bad at support at the moment as we are working day and night to finish this port. You don't need to do anything with redemption now. Just keep the code.
