Q: Hello, I bought one code - but cant redeem it.
The website states, that the code is already redeemed (which isnt the case).
Unfortunately the support section at yur website doesnt work either, I cant send a message to you.

Could you kindly help me as well?
I bought the code from Appsumo, went to Grapheu website, placed the code but still the system there asked for my credit card data. I placed my card's data in Grapheu site too, and I was charged for a 2nd time the fee. As a result, I paid Appsumo and also paid the same amount to Grapheu (I thought the system asked for my card data to make the charge for Appsumo).
I have contacted your support center they have denied to refund the 2nd payment, although I have sent both bank swifts, confirming the payments. Appsumo was also cc'ed in the correspondence and can verify that they have received the payment.
Please advise how I can get the refund.
